Three axis gun drilling machine is used for drilling the coordinate holes on the job. It can drill straight hole,taper hole,through hole,blind hole and step hole.
There are six servo axis on the machine: 
X axis:drive job move in horizontally,roller linear guide rail. CNC control.
Yaxis:drive job move in vertically,roller linear guide rail. CNC control. Block balanced.
Z axis:drive cutting tool infeeding,roller linear guide rail,CNC control. W axis:Control the distance between pillar and working table;double rectangle slide guide rail.

1. Main features of machine tool

(1) Using gun drill processing technology, the machining accuracy and surface roughness that can be guaranteed by drilling, expanding and reaming can be achieved by one drilling.

(2) The bed, box and other basic parts are cast with high quality cast iron.

(3) The machine tool has three servo axes, which can be used to process the workpiece with coordinate hole distribution.

The x-axis drives the workpiece to move horizontally, the y-axis drives the tool to move up and down, and the z-axis drives the tool to move longitudinally.

(4) Rolling linear guide rail is used for drill pipe box movement (Z axis), sliding guide rail is used for tool vertical movement (Y axis), and double rectangular sliding guide rail is used for table lateral movement (x axis).

(5) Special cooling system is equipped to provide high pressure, large flow and high clean cutting fluid for deep hole drilling.

Automatic chip removal machine: automatically remove the chips and realize the preliminary oil chip separation.

Oil temperature controller: control the temperature of cutting fluid to prevent the deterioration of cutting fluid.

Filtration system: screen type, two-stage high-pressure paper filtration, improve the cleanliness of cutting fluid.

High pressure pump group: produce cutting fluid with adjustable flow and pressure to supply oil for cutting tools.

(6) The tool feed is realized by the ball screw driven by servo motor; the tool rotation is driven by the servo spindle motor; the feed and rotation of the tool can realize stepless speed regulation.

(7) The machine tool has the functions of pressure protection, cooling system liquid level and temperature protection, tool protection, travel protection and so on.

(8) Adopting numerical control mode, it has high automation, strong operability, high working efficiency, high precision, safety and reliability.

(9) The main engine is simple protection.

(10) The tool and spindle are connected by spring chuck, which is convenient and quick.

(11) The machine is equipped with foot pedal, which is convenient for machine operation.

(12) The control station of the numerical control system is installed on the column of the machine tool; the adjustment and display of the pressure and flow rate of the cooling system are installed near the control station of the numerical control system.

(13) The chip conveyor is placed in front of the machine tool. The protection of the machine tool is equipped with a gun drill tool device.
